What Introly is - and what it is not
Introly is software for sharing open roles through personal connections. Teams issue referral links; people pass them on when a role feels relevant; candidates apply through those links.
We are not a job marketplace or a candidate auction. We don't match strangers at scale or rank people for hire.
We are not your employer. Every role belongs to the team that published it - they run the process, not Introly.
We are not a referral rewards program. No payment for forwarding a link, no bounty for an introduction.
We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or timelines. We provide the rails; outcomes depend on the people and teams involved.
We build and host the product - accounts, links, applications, and what you see in the app. Hiring decisions stay with employers and candidates.
Responsibility
Teamsare responsible for the roles they publish: how they're described, how applicants are treated, and how hiring decisions get made.
Users are responsible for what they put into Introly: applications, account details, and anything they share with others in good faith. Keep it accurate and respectful.
Data handling
Teams that receive applications are responsible for handling candidate data appropriately - including how they store it, who on their side can see it, and how they meet privacy expectations in their context.
