Privacy Policy
Introly is built around trusted introductions. Below is how information flows - and where we draw the line.
What Introly does
Teams publish roles and share referral links with people they trust. Those links can travel from person to person - each step is an introduction, not a public listing.
When someone applies, their application goes directly to the hiring team that owns the role. There is no open marketplace where strangers browse candidates.
How your data is shared
When you apply to a role, your application is shared only with the team that created the role.
The person who sent you the referral link does not see your email, CV, or application. They may see high-level activity on their link (for example that someone opened it), but not who applied or what they submitted.
Introly tracks how introductions move through the chain so teams can understand the path. We do not expose personal applicant data to referrers.
What we collect
Email. For sign-in, support, and delivering applications to the right team.
Application materials. Whatever you attach or type when you apply - stored with that application for the hiring team.
Referral activity. Link opens, clicks, and similar signals so teams can see how a role spread. This is not a personal dossier on everyone who touched a link.
Why we collect it
To route applications to the correct team and keep referral flows working end to end.
To give hiring teams a clear picture of how introductions traveled - without turning Introly into a public candidate directory.
Data retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active or we need it to provide the service.
You can request deletion at any time. We'll remove what we can; in rare cases we may need to keep a minimal record if the law requires it.
